02BUILD IN THE DARK Products are built in private until they work end-to-end. No announcements, no waitlists, no roadmap theater. The dark is where the work is honest.
03SHIP AS LIGHT A product leaves only when it carries its own light. Then it is stamped once with the house seal and stands alone. The house stays dark behind it.

Four rules the house does not break.
一 RULE 01 Nothing fabricated. No testimonial we didn't earn, no counter that doesn't count, no badge we granted ourselves. If it isn't real, it isn't here.
二 RULE 02 The seal marks finished things. 空 is stamped once, on work that ships; never on promises, previews, or things still in the dark.
三 RULE 03 The house stays behind the work. No founder's face, no team-of-titans bios, no logo where the product should speak. The name is a seal, not a spotlight.
四 RULE 04 Nothing pretends. Real ink or clean type. Atmosphere comes from discrete marks and warm light; never from blur, blue, or borrowed stars.
